Book Launch 2.0 launched one month ago tomorrow. If I were Google, I would put a party hat, confetti, balloons and some streamers on the "Dennis Cass is . . . " title bar. Regrettably, because I'm me, I have to ask you to imagine that things are visually more festive around here.
As of this writing, the vid is at 33,656 views. In the grand internet scheme of things that's not a lot of views, but it's more views than I ever imagined. More importantly, I now think about life entirely in terms of views. It's like I'm finally a whole person.
I'd like to take this occasion to thank everyone who watched. And to thank everyone who watched and commented. And to thank those who watched and took a chance on my book, which, quite frankly, has little or nothing to do with the video.
I'd also like to thank the widgets. (And, to a lesser degree, the apps.)
So what's next for Dennis Cass is . . . ?
The (mild) fever that is Book Launch 2.0 is subsiding. I'm in the Long Tail now. But I will continue to document my awkward, half-assed attempts to embrace new technology. I will also continue to (occasionally) update my progress on Dennis Cass Wants You To Be More Awesome, my TV pilot and my second book. I'm also willing to take direction. What do you, Internet Stranger Who Barely Knows Me, want to see next?

I'm all for the TV pilot. That has me intrigued. I don't suppose there's a single thing you can tell us about it though...is there?
Hey, I took a chance on your book and don't regret it. I've recommended it to friends, too! I might even feel more awesome for having read it.
As for what I want to view...hmm...widget smackdown? I really don't know.
